Dumped by a Dumpling (DbD)

DbD restaurant started to witness decline in sales and customers frequently called DbD restaurant to enquire about recent menu and kept ordering through phone calls which could be easily done online.

After gaining insights from customers, we build an interactive tool that users could drill down to the services and customized their check out options that fit their needs quickly. We conducted user testing to validate our designs and we developed a visually stunning online ordering solution.

The online orders was significantly improved, the sales went up by approx. 30% and generating more feedback from happy customers.
